2022年2月中買機,現場EPS付款。追問數天仍未有貨!三催四請之後店員話可以取貨,到場見貨品是爛的!向職員Moses 查詢時,職員態度惡劣非常,我當場被Moses 破口大罵!!及後投訴,客服(田經理)說可以安排退款。我已提供銀行戶口資料過了個多月,一直都沒有收到退款!WhatsApp詢問又唔回覆!連當日個客服田經理都唔接我電話,呢間Build-in Pro是間黑店!!

會叫你買高級版,但係唔會同你講原來高級版係需要多啲電,唔係所有屋企都裝到,唔啱裝之後就唔理你,話係你問題. 又話要收30% restocking fee,投訴完,即時話唔洗收,可以換貨,之後完全消失,貨件個幾兩個禮拜後都冇送黎,一路拖. 亦冇收到退款, 差唔多三個星期了. 非常非常差嘅service.
建議唔好同佢地買野.

It. After realizing it won’t work, I’ve requested an exchange, and they told me they’ll charge me 30% restocking fee, after a long complaint, they finally allow me to exchange to a different model and refund me the rest.
After almost 2 weeks of waiting, the new machine never came, everything I asked them, they will tell me they are in process. So until now almost 3 weeks time, I’ve still haven’t received my machine nor my refund.
So make it simple, don’t buy from them, once they take your money, they won’t do anything to help you.

早前買咗個電熱水爐,當初已收安裝費:$590
師傅上到來,睇都唔洗睇就話要收$450,話係額外零件,一定要裝。
後來了解,原來係圖中的6呎多包膠銅管$300,接駁減壓閥的兩舊金屬$150。(我唔明,跟機原裝來的減壓閥接唔返原廠的管,要用額外零件?)
店舖原先收的$590只包掛機,接喉,冇啦。
我只係換同類型熱水爐,原先的配件已大多數不用動,又唔洗拉線又唔洗開關掣,都要比多450。
其他平台同類型的安裝費$790已包括所有基本安裝的零件+人工,而且明碼實價寫明附加零件的價錢。呢間590乜都唔包,直頭好過去搶,師傅上到來,任佢開價,任佢劏。如果閣下係入伙新機安裝,逐件計分分鐘貴過部機。
比多幾百蚊買教訓,呢間黑店,永遠冇下次。
當日個師傅係姓韋的,一入屋就周圍開我地d櫃門搵水掣,問都唔問,同行嘅女人都係,直入廚房摷電掣叉電,又係問都唔問,好似自己屋企咁,勁冇禮貌,大家睇路。

先收到電話話無貨, 叫我自己問返公司果邊,
WHATSAPP又十問九唔應, 打電話去, 態度又差, 好似我問題咁…經過一番擾攘, 等左個半月, 終於收到件, 雖然煩左一排, 但都總叫做收到貨..
呢D經歷真係一次就夠, 貼錢買難受….
